The month of April is going to be special. The vegan community has come together to bring you recipes that will help you eat less animal products.
April comes with a challenge: to cook more plant-based meals. It is with this idea that Flor Oliveira sparks us, presenting a project that unites cooks, bloggers, nutritionists, and lovers of the meatless world, for an April full of vegetarian recipes.
“Pela Terra Na Cozinha” (For the Earth in the Kitchen) is the name of the movement born from the hands of the founder of the Veond platform (the first national marketplace for the promotion of an affordable plant-based lifestyle), who teamed up with Luísa Ferreira, author of the book “Ao Sabor da Natureza” and the blog Sardinha Fora da Lata (Sardines Out of the Can). After the closure of the startup, active in the national and British market for over 5 years, the founder decided to aggregate in a single challenge the 30 most influential in the vegan world in Portugal, promoting, through social networks, the reduction of meat consumption and other animal products.
During the 30 days of April, there will be 30 lives with simple recipes to help more Portuguese change their eating habits. The idea is to have a daily live on Instagram, with recipes that range from the most traditional in Portugal, to those best known in Brazil, to sweets and even snacks for the young ones.
Among the list of participants are chefs, nutritionists, bloggers, and other self-taught vegetarian cooks.
In this list you can see the names of the guests and some of the recipes already confirmed:
