Power Plant is the restaurant that now occupies Selina Lisboa.

It is vegetarian and a feast of original flavors. Here they serve jackfruit tacos, beet ceviche, but also small lunches and even cocktails. Oh, and the idea is to have minimal waste!

Chef João Augusto uses the cauliflower leaves to make sauerkraut, and the leftover sauces become powder to flavor the dishes.
