This recipe can be served as breakfast, snack, or even as dessert. And always with seasonal fruit.
Today we’re bringing together two things we love in one recipe: seasonal fruit and zero waste.
We asked Sofia, from the @sofia.broccoli.pt page, to help us come up with a snack (which can actually be a dessert or breakfast) that is easy, versatile, and uses what nature is giving us at the moment.
So here’s the recipe for giving vent to the fruit that abounds around the house.
Ingredients:
. Pear (or other ripe fruit like apple or persimmon, for example) . Yogurt . Granola
Simply place the unpeeled fruit in a pot and cook for 10 minutes. Then all you have to do is assemble. Here we opted for yogurt base, then the fruit and granola topping. But let your imagination do the rest.
