At this SÁLA, in the heart of Lisbon, only the ingredients of each season arrive. So don’t be surprised if you don’t find tomatoes in December or strawberries in January. The land has its time, its rhythms, and João – the project’s mentor – knows them well. It is nature that has the last word.
This project actively contributes to reduction of waste generation through prevention, reduction, recycling, and reuse. This SDG also aims to reduce global food waste in production and consumption.
