Rice Me was born as a restaurant where the basis of all dishes was rice. Although it literally remains the strongest dish, Rice Me has grown to be currently one of the best known in Lisbon when it comes to gluten-free food.
Certified by the Portuguese Celiac Association, Rice Me serves everything from cozido à portuguesa (Portuguese stew) to bolo rei (king cake), all gluten free, but with all the flavor these delicacies require.
And since sustainability is not only environmental, this willingness to sit everyone down at the table is worth a lot. As well as the fact that they avoid split schedules and rotate weekend days off so that the team can balance life and work in a harmonious way.
