O Gambuzino is 100% vegan, the greens come from the Fruta Feia project, the take away drinks only come in reusable cups and, on top of all this, they prepare some of the most famous plant based burgers in Lisbon. They use products from local suppliers as much as possible. All pickles, preserves, sauces and marinades are made here. On the board and in the shop window you can find the promotions of the moment.
