Friends of a Farmer is a Slowness Community Supported Agriculture project that reflects a mutual commitment between farmer and consumer to support regenerative and small-scale agriculture.
It is from their farm in Meco that fresh organic baskets are sent out to the farm members. The members can also take part in the various events on offer – such as field trips, workshops, lunches and dinners on the farm, wild orchid watching and guided tomato harvests – and learn about regenerative agriculture, ecosystem recovery, nutrition and holistic health.
