Ela Canela is a restaurant in Campo de Ourique that calls for a calm meal, in order to appreciate all the flavor of the dishes prepared with the utmost care. The menu is practically all vegetable-based, although there is always a fish option, also chosen from the freshest at the market.
This project actively contributes to reduction of waste generation through prevention, reduction, recycling, and reuse. This SDG also aims to reduce global food waste in production and consumption.
