Austa lives off what nature provides, which is why, in addition to its restaurant, a vegetable garden has also been created to serve as the basis for what is done in the kitchen. Beyond its use of seasonal vegetables and fruit, there’s also a kind of laboratory. Fermented products, preserves, everything is made from scratch and with originality.
The food is served on Portuguese tableware, carefully chosen so that it fits into the space, but can also be taken home — there is a grocery store with Austa products for sale.
