The restaurant space of the future Hub Creativo do Beato is not just a store, nor is it just a restaurant. It is the place to eat what is Portuguese but, above all, to learn more about the product and who produces it. All the ingredients are chosen in detail and always tell the story behind it.
It is worth mentioning that the bread is made from mother dough, with flours from stone millstones and windmills, from producer Paulino Horta, and also the options available on the menu such as the plant-based mushroom sandwich with cauliflower butter and the beet, chard, and citrus pickle salad.
Besides all this, A Praça is also an online store where you can order baskets with the most genuine products of the country, ensuring the support to small producers.
This project actively contributes to reduction of waste generation through prevention, reduction, recycling, and reuse. This SDG also aims to reduce global food waste in production and consumption.
