On the other, a smart social integration strategy with a team that gives work and training to people who live or have lived in chronic homelessness. But at the end and the beginning, it is a restaurant.

This may not be the most sustainable business in the world, if sustainability is only associated with composting, bulk, or reusable bags. But Peggada believes that sustainability is much more than this.
