A totally vegetarian restaurant, with several gluten-free options and a focus on Portuguese and organic products? Welcome to Botellini, a place that has brought a new way of living to Caldas da Rainha. Although it is a restaurant, the idea here is that people take home a different, healthier and more conscious way of living. To this end, they organize workshops and talks and provide merchandising with messages linked to veganism.
At the table, they combine more traditional dishes, such as rice without duck or seitan bitoque, with more international ones, such as tofu moqueca, curry or falafel with Moroccan couscous.
And the desserts? Puddings, cheesecakes or those tall, beautiful and colorful cakes, always 100% vegetable.
