Be Aromatic is dedicated to the production and commercialization of aromatic and medicinal plants in organic production mode. With 3 hectares of planted area, the fields at Quinta dos Choupos have a diversified offer of plants that supply the market in fresh and dry.
They also have the privilege of being able to enjoy a century-old olive grove that allows them to produce a monovarietal olive oil of the Galega variety, an atochthonous species of the Alentejo, which should be protected and promoted. As a fundamental and primordial part for any type of balanced and sustainable agriculture, they also have a small apiary, which provides them with a unique honey, the result of the farm’s diverse floral supply.
By promoting Bulk sales, this business actively contributes to reducing global food waste in production and consumer. It also encourages the reduction of waste generation through prevention, reduction, recycling, and reuse.
