If you’re interested in climate action and making a positive impact on our planet, there’s a perfect photo competition for you to enter. It is developed by the European Climate Pact and wants to find out what impactful changes are happening around you.
The European Climate Pact – a movement of people who are taking action to build a more sustainable Europe – has just launched a photo competition that aims to show the climate action that is taking place all around us, in our homes, in our communities.
The idea is to submit a photo that answers this question: “What climate action have you taken or seen taken around you, in your home, community or city? Why does it make you proud?”.
You don’t need to be a professional photographer, just be aware of your routines or what you see happening around you and capture a moment or action that has an impact.
The competition runs until June 28, 2024.
Ten winners will be chosen with prizes ranging from an invitation to the Climate Pact’s annual event in Brussels in 2025, with travel and accommodation paid for; presentation of the winning photograph at an exhibition of this event; a digital certificate and prominence on the Climate Pact’s digital platforms.
