Tinctorium Studio mission is to regenerate the connection between people and the planet through natural dyeing. Natural dyeing has the ability to change the way we look at the world, opening our eyes to a world of vivid colors hidden in plain sight. It is a lens through which we can connect with our physical environment, discover the secrets of nature, and learn about ourselves as we slow down.
Our planet provides us with everything we need, as long as we manage our resources responsibly. The use of natural dyes is a physical embodiment of how much we have to lose (much of which we don’t even understand) through environmental degradation.
To this end, the Studio works with locally collected dyeing materials and maintain a dyeing garden. They also offer workshops, consulting, services, and maintain their own brand. Welcome to the world of Tinctorium Studio! Join them in exploring a universe of plant colors.
This project actively contributes to reduction of waste generation through prevention, reduction, recycling, and reuse. This SDG also aims to reduce global food waste in production and consumption.
