Granel Saloio is a store with 4 pillars:
– Vegan products
– Certified gluten-free products
– No waste
– Bio and Portuguese whenever possible
Based on these 4 pillars, they have 85% of their products in bulk.
Tiago is celiac and Diana is vegan, and it was with these choices and lifestyle that they felt the need to take this project out of the drawer.
