Orteá is much more than a restaurant. It started out as the Botanista, a place with vegan food and delicious desserts, but it has grown and multiplied. There is the production of vegetable cheeses, kombuchas, and also a restaurant with a seasonal menu, in which leftovers are directed to waste-fighting applications, and the bet here is almost always on organic products.
