At Manjerica there are some of the loveliest pancakes out there. Served in a mini version, they are the perfect ingredient for brunch or a hearty snack. There are options for every hour, always plant-based and with the concern that nothing is wasted.
The menu changes with the seasons, and even the eggs and milk, which are part of some of the dishes, come from producers who favor animal welfare. The products are fresh and locally produced.
This project actively contributes to reduction of waste generation through prevention, reduction, recycling, and reuse. This SDG also aims to reduce global food waste in production and consumption.
