The Therapist started by giving healthy options to those visiting Lx Factory. Now, not only the restaurant has gained a new home in this special part of Lisbon, as it is coming to preach the word of good to Alvalade. There the dishes that change with the seasons and are always made with fresh, local products. The take-away packaging is biodegradable and customers are encouraged to bring their own boxes.

This project actively contributes to reduction of waste generation through prevention, reduction, recycling, and reuse. This SDG also aims to reduce global food waste in production and consumption.
