Sunny days invite you to sit out on the terrace, have nice conversations and good food with friends and family. We searched in our list of sustainable restaurants and chose 5 venues with brunch menus that you can add to your weekend schedule.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Food for Real Alc\u00e2ntara<\/b><\/a> – Lisbon<\/b><\/p>\n

This is a space dedicated to healthy, organic, inclusive, and gluten-free options (certified by the Portuguese Association of Coeliacs), inviting those who enjoy meat, fish, or vegetables.<\/span><\/p>\n

The menu varies according to seasonality and food quality.<\/span><\/p>\n

The brunch itself can be traditional or vegan and consists of juice, fruit with granola, cheese bread waffle or vegan cheese bread waffle with sundried tomato and with smoked avocado and spiced tofu, smoked avocado paste with carrot sticks or cashew cheese with carrot sticks, house salad with onion pickles, sugar-free vegan ice cream, coffee\/expresso, and egg mollet.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pequeno Caf\u00e9 e Bistr\u00f4<\/b><\/a>– Lisbon<\/b><\/p>\n

The Pequeno Caf\u00e9 e Bistro’s brunch menu includes a hot drink, a cold drink, cheese bread or other type of bread (vegan version with fermented sunflower seed cheese), bread or brioche toast, scrambled tofu, and chia pudding. <\/span><\/p>\n

Brunch is available every day at any time, and you can check their week’s menu<\/a> on social media.<\/span><\/p>\n

O Grilo Beato<\/b><\/a> – Lisbon<\/b><\/p>\n

O Grilo Beato is a very special grocery-caf\u00e9-adega. The menu is simple, gourmet, seasonal and mostly vegetarian, made with what arrives from small producers, but also from what is grown in the urban garden, located in the back of the establishment. In this garden there are no chemicals, and the surplus also goes there in the form of compost.<\/span><\/p>\n

On Sundays, starting on May 21st, you can stop by the space to enjoy a brunch that will always have a theme (with a yoga class or a DJ, for example) and is composed of hot drinks, juices, toast and croissants, crepes, quiches, cold soup, eggs, salads, fruit, and cakes (\u20ac19.50).

She loves to watch tv shows, but she watches few because she is demanding.
