If you can&#8217;t find it, use regular salt).<\/p>\n<p>. 1\/2 teaspoon oregano.<\/p>\n<p>. 1\/2 tsp. turmeric<\/p>\n<p>. Extra-virgin olive oil thread.<\/p>\n<p>Mix the flour and water in a bowl with the help of a fouet or fork until the flour is completely dissolved. Add the seasonings and mix again.<\/p>\n<p>Take it to a medium non-stick pan and wait for it to heat up. Add a drizzle of olive oil and the omelet mixture.<\/p>\n<p>Let it cook on one side for 2 minutes or until it bubbles and forms &#8220;little holes&#8221;. Turn the other way and count 30 seconds.
