A minha jornada come\u00e7ou em 2013 quando decidi usar a tempo inteiro alternativas mais saud\u00e1veis na minha menstrua\u00e7\u00e3o. Em Portugal ainda n\u00e3o havia muita informa\u00e7\u00e3o e oferta sobre alternativas aos tradicionais pensos e tamp\u00f5es descart\u00e1veis.<\/p>

A partir de determinada altura comecei a fazer os meus pr\u00f3prios pensos reutiliz\u00e1veis e fui mostrando a pessoas amigas. Mas o meu pensamento foi mais al\u00e9m e, desde ent\u00e3o o meu foco tem sido mostrar \u00e0s mulheres que usar alternativas reutiliz\u00e1veis para a menstrua\u00e7\u00e3o podia ser bem simples, muito mais saud\u00e1vel e sustent\u00e1vel.<\/p>

Com dedica\u00e7\u00e3o e empenho de todos os que se cruzaram no meu caminho, a FLOW lan\u00e7a em Setembro de 2020 as primeiras cuecas menstruais portuguesas.\u00a0Hoje, a Flow n\u00e3o \u00e9 apenas uma marca de Underwear. \u00c9 uma marca focada na sa\u00fade feminina e criada a pensar no bem-estar das mulheres!<\/p>
