In addition to a seasonal menu made with local produce, they favor reservations so that nothing goes to waste. Desserts are a sin withouth room for sugars and refined flours. There are workshops to spread the message that it is possible to make this restaurant’s delicacies at home.
This project actively contributes to reduction of waste generation through prevention, reduction, recycling, and reuse. This SDG also aims to reduce global food waste in production and consumption.
